Rosalba Reynoso is a self-made woman. Born in rural Mexico, she emigrated to the United States in her early 20s to seize life opportunities and build a success path that would inspire her and others.

Rosalba Reynoso is a self-made woman. Born in rural Mexico, she emigrated to the United States in her early 20s to seize life opportunities and build a success path that would inspire her and others.

Driven by her desire to make an impact, she started cleaning homes, and eventually created her own house-keeping company that evolved towards catering to high-end residencies in the Bay Area. Through this successful venture, Rosalba Reynoso learned she was mainly driven by social fairness, and women empowerment.

In 2014, Rosalba Reynoso co-founded Blue Trail Software. As CEO of the company, she was originally in charge of opening IT development centers in Latin America, starting with Mexico. She defined the management strategy and drove the development throughout South America. Most importantly, Rosalba Reynoso built an empowerment system within Blue Trail Software to secure talent attraction and retention. In 2018, the company appointed a world-class board of directors, along with its intention to accelerate its expansion in Mexico and beyond.
